If we had to simplify backup management to our clients:  It’s like backing up your iPhone or Android devices.  Now imagine that device was your entire business.  Losing your phone used to mean starting all over.  We all remember the text message responses of “Sorry new phone don’t have this number saved, who’s this?” In today’s world your phone is backed up to the cloud. If it gets stolen, lost, or you buy a new device hit a couple buttons and the text messages, photos, contacts are all right back where you left them.

In theory that’s exactly how it works. In practice it’s not quite that simple but for Mako clients it certainly seems that easy.
